WSI eStrategies provides digital marketing and customer communication services to business clients. This includes managing and facilitating text message (SMS) communication between our clients and their customers.

2. Business Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

As part of our services, we manage text message communication on behalf of our business clients. When you opt-in to receive text messages from a business client of WSI eStrategies, the following terms apply:

Program Description: We facilitate SMS messaging for our clients to communicate with their customers for purposes such as lead response, appointment reminders, order updates, and promotional messages.
User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated and/or non-automated text messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies and is based on your interaction with the business.
How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to the number from which you are receiving messages. You may receive one final confirmation message.
Support: For assistance, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or contact us directly at info@wsiestrategies.com.
Carriers & Costs: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The specific charges will depend on your mobile carrier.
Privacy: Your phone number and related data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WSI eStrategies or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

WSI eStrategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website, or your inability to use them.
